Beginning as a small construction team, Shenzhen Yuhong Investment Group Co., Ltd (Uhome) has grown over the past two decades into an established company with over 900 employees and a national portfolio in China.
The firm started its first real estate development project in Shenzhen in 1996 by Hongshun, who was one of many who rushed into Shenzhen when the government decided to improve the city. With his expertise in construction and a vast social network, Hongshun started his career in building condominiums and providing homes for countless families.
With the rapid development of Shenzhen, Uhome has become an important player in land acquisition, planning, design, development and construction of residential and commercial properties. Thus far, Uhome has developed 32 millions square feet of real estate projects. Besides the development of properties, Uhome also maintains the properties with its own management department.
